You bought a huge, gas-guzzling, overpriced vehicle with poor handling, a high center of gravity, and a blind spot that could hide a schoolbus for SAFETY?
Take it from a year-round motorcycle commuter- safety has nothing to do with your vehicle and everything to do with the driver. If you are THAT bad behind the wheel, then with any luck a piece of that foregn sedan would fly through your windshield and decapitate you. No, you will die.

The bigger the vehicle the more likely you are to survive a crash, as for the people who drive those compact, and sub compact cars that love to pull out in front of us people who have a brain and buy something that will survive an accident I have no pitty for them. That's why I drive an F-350 truck when I'm not driving my Jeep.
That's why I laugh every time they have on the news that a small car was hit by a larger vehicle and that the driver, and sometimes passengers are injured, well duh hello, bigger vehicle is going to win, like running into a volkswagon with an 18 wheeler who's going to win that one??? No rocket science answer there.

I think (hopefully) you will come alive. I believe that if you wear a seat belt, there should be no problem. I also think that Ford Excursion should have an airbag which should protect you.
By the way, how do you get these types of thinking? Life is full of risk (like an aeroplane crushes your car)!

You will survive but at the cost of your sanity.Becauase when you see what you did to the driver in the small sedan your going to wonder your whole life if you could have avoided killing that lady and her children.

could be a frak accidnet , yeah your chances are better in that bus they call an excursion. But if something on the car becomes a projectile and goes thru your windshield and into you, it lights out buddy.

Don't bet your life on it! In an accident, and there are several types, debris and flying objects inside the car can kill you, not just impact. So even seat belts and airbags can't prevent everything. They are made to make you safer, not 100% injury free.

Technically speaking, you can't crash "into" a small sedan. You'll likely run over it and crush it underneath.
So yes, you'll probably live.

Try it, several times if necessary. Make sure you drive at least 90mph. Better yet, drive into a tree, test it big time.

Not enough info. need speed angle of impact etc., just because you are in a bigger car does not mean you will live.
