Religion be completely removed.
It's caused the most deaths of all time.
Even more than nukes.
Without it we really would be smarter, happier, more peaceful people.

Atheist here.
Tough, because do you go for something that benefits you alone, that benefits someone you love, or benefits society in general? I think it would be easier to answer when you're young- I'm not. Because when you're older, things enter into it like would you want to see someone who's dead again, would you like to go back and fix something that happened, etc.
I can't really answer it. I don't know what I'd wish for unless it really happened. Fortunately, I won't ever have to make that decision.
