How can i apply for duplicate passport and there is no time to get the duplicate markssheets. My present and ermanent address is also changed from what was mentioned in my orignal passport.

First file a FIR to nearest police station and get your birth certificate then apply for your passport. WHile passport is under process aplly for all other marksheets and certificate copies. Good luck Spartan

lodge an FIR go to the nearest passport office with the same and the new passport will be issued in amximum of 21 days

You can apply for duplicate PPT.Basic bio-data already with GOI, MEA, RPO etc. Yahi Asha ki kiran hai.
If you applying with diff. RPO, he may need full details.
