Usually you would go to a friends or family. If you have none, there is alway a therapist.

May I answer your question with a question?
Tell me - what REALLY would happen if right now, this moment in time ... you switched of the computor, switched off the phone, turned off everything that could disturb you and set an alarm to go off in say ............... 30 mins.
And in that 30 mins. you sit down, close your eyes and just count your breathing.
You empty your mind (it will take practise but it gets easier!) -
and for 30 mins in a 24 hour day you are living for you ONLY.
There is no husband/partner, no kids, no bills, no meals to cook, the housework can go to hell and the whole world will respect that YOU are taking 30 mins out of time.
What is the worst thing that could happen?
Now the best thing that could happen is that you will give your poor old brain that is spinning at a million miles an hour time to put things in order.
Forget the housework. Feed those that are hungry. Work logically to figure out the finance (what do you have sitting around in your house that you could easily do without - no - you can NOT put the husband and kids on Ebay!) - sell it.
Cut out all the stuff that screws up our lives.
But FIRST you must get your head straight.
There is nothing that is going to strike you all dead , no-one is going to come and strip you of all your belongings (there are laws against that) - and as for emotional help?
If you have coped thus far - you are a lot, lot stronger than anyone around you who could offer YOU advice!
It is all within you - just be a little kinder to yourself and give yourself a break.
Give this a try - I KNOW IT WORKS!
I will be thinking of you and wishing you peace and serenity.
REMEMBER - JUST 30 MINS IN 24 HOURS!!!

Whoa slow down it sounds like you are really stressed out. I recommend that you talk to your family and try and work out where you could recieve a bit more support. Even if your kids help out in the kitchen more it can give you so more time to relax and wind down at night.
If you are still struggling maybe you should see a counsellor? Even just to work out where to fix up financial issues, etc.
Just remember don't try and be a martyr. You deserve just as much support as everyone else. Good luck finding help and support! hope this helped a little.

why does it remind me of a dear friend who would go about singing "clean up clean up everybody everywhere" and would end up doing all the chores herself. now if u r in the same situation then take it lightly and that should start helping right away.

God...no one else has the sensitivity / time ....Jesus gives ya exclusive time, and if u tell him all ur challenges He will help u chalk out a plan to make it work, u'll meet the ppl to make it fall into the schedule u so desire...he has this to say "Come unto me, all ye who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. ... No one comes to the Father, but by me (John 14:6)"
