I know many korean people who are very shocked and sad by what happened
it could have someone from any culture, that is not the point, it's that people are feeling more pressure these days than ever before

Nobody here blames the Korean people. This young man was mentally ill. He needed to be hospitalized and helped. Unfortunately (and in some cases fortunately), over the past 75 years in this country, our attitudes about mental illness have changed. We forget that these sick people have the potential to be extremely dangerous. They really need to be monitored more closely. It's at odds with our attitudes of individual freedoms.

The Korean natives who live in our country are very valuable citizens. They are wonderful people. Mental illness can happen to any culture. It is unfortunate that it was so tragic in this instance.

Best wishes from Virginia.

You have nothing to apologize for.

My family is currently hosting a Korean high school student, and we have a Korean girl who is staying with us temporarily.

These two kids are great people and we love them both.

Thank you for your apology, but you have nothing you need to apologize for. Your expressions of sympathy are very much appreciated.

Be proud of your beautiful country and your wonderful people.

Let's hope that this incident doesn't create any racial crap. Let the ppl who passed away rest in peace and let our Lord bless them. There's no need to blame anyone but the psycho killer.
