In August, I'm going to Mexico (We are in April now). I want to loose weight fast, but i don't have a lot of money to get surgery, I don't want to have a eating disorder, or even take pills. Does anyone knoe of away to loose weight REALLY fast with in these few months?

Together with diet I recommend to do exercises 3-4 times per week and the total length of your workout has to be min. 1 hour. If you don't have time or wish to workout long, than you can do 2 of my 20 min workouts per day - it is 40 mins per day and I recommend to do this 5 times per week, see my exercise videos here http://www.women-workout-routines.com/free-workout-routines.html

Stick to the plan, work out, and you will lose what you lose (and you'll be much more toned than you are now). Realize that (thank God), Mexico is not Los Angeles or New York City--stick thin is not really all that appreciated there. Love your curves, love your body, love yourself.
