I don't really understand your question here. You can call her by her name...or by using the telephone and dialing her number. It shouldn't be complicated.

I think you mean- "what should I call my husband's eldest sister?"

I think her name would be a good start. My brother in law's name is Chet, and I call him- Chet. Works for us.

If ur question means how to reach her? Do it with patience and warmth..
IF it means how do u refer to her, call her by her name or a cute nickname followed by sis if she doesn mind..

If u mean 'What" - depends : first name normally works.
