Fordyce's spot or pearly penile papules, could it be both im not sure how it occured by i do occasionally masturbate to realieve stress but its kind of not noticable yet what should i do before i gets worst im just relieved that i just found out it wasnt std so just need some advice on what to do about this.

It is probably Fordyce's spots since you say it really isn't that noticeable. If they are Fordyce's spots, there is nothing to be done. There is no way to prevent them as they are thought to be sebacious glands. They are harmless, very common and most doctors refuse to treat them. Shower or wash as you always do as it has no impact at all.

The only treatment available is vaporizing laser therapy and, as I stated above, most doctors refuse to treat them. Believe it or not, Fordyce's spots are very common and very normal! Do not try to pop them or sqeeze them...it won't get rid of them and will only hurt the tissue of your penis.

There's a variety of things that they could be, most likely all normal. They're most likely pearly penile papules (usually around the head of the penis), Fordyce spots (wikipedia it for pictures) or simple hair follicles or sebaceous glands.
