YOUR bible specifically says that homosexuality is an abomination and fornication and other sins. Yet Christians will jump threw hoops and throw in how Jesus says don't judge others and blah blah. Okay, maybe Jesus meant don't judge others by your OWN standards. But if God himself said gays are bad, then how could you debate that? Will you say that homosexuality is an abomination? Your holy book says so, why would you debate God's word? Aren't you supposed to teach it? Will you do so much to deny his word and spit in his face?

Support your God!

Okay, Christians, repeat after me:

"Homosexuality is an abomination"

PS. I believe that gays should be allowed to do what they want.

I'm with you. I think it's just a rationalization so that people can get away with sin or sound more politically correct. But the Bible says it both in the Old Covenant (Lev) and in the new (Romans).

Sorry, but if God says it, it's wrong.

However, I think that we should be compassionate towards gay people because I really do think it's the product of abuse. The majority of gay men are gay because of bad relationships with their fathers, gay women--relationships with their fathers. For instance a woman in my hometown had several bad relationships with men (beatings, neglect) until she decided to date another woman.

Yeah, it's wrong, but if someone isn't a Christian, it's beside the point (God judges those on the outside), but if they are a Christian, loving rebuke, prayer, sympathy (because we are accountable for each other).

I have met many people in my 58 years on this planet who claim to be a Christian, but none who try and squeeze in homosexuals or gays. Many claim to be Christian but are not. Jesus Christ said that if you want to follow Him then do the Will of God. The Will of God is to accept His Word. Jesus Christ is the Word of God.
If you subtract anything from the Word you are not following Jesus Christ. For Jesus Christ came into the world to fulfill the Word not do away with it.
There are many abomination against the LORD written in the Bible. Homosexually is one of them. It carries a death sentence as does lesbians.><>

I agree with you, but maybe people around have felt that we put so much stress on this that the whole concentration goes only this one subject. everyone keeps forgetting that in the eyes of God all ungodly acts are equally evil. Which means liars, robbers, adulterers etc all are equivalent to people who practise homosexuality as well, but again as you say, many churches now err only this place of homosexuality because these churches are only interested in getting people and their money, it does not matter to them what God thinks or not, even such churches are an abomination to God. And well, in my case I am a christian, and I am not a homosexual, but I have other sins which make me equally bad in the sight of God, so i confess my sins and look to Jesus to save them and try with my heart to keep myself away from wilful sinning and I do condemn my sins and my evil nature. But as the apostle Paul said, "Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! "

Any Christian that said homosexuality is not a sin, I would inspect their fruit a bit closer. While it is true that God says that we are not to judge anyone. He also says that you will know the tree by the fruit it bears. Anyone who is not in agreement with what the Word of God says, is against Him. There is no in between. You are in agreement and for Him, or you are against Him. May God Bless U.

For starters, God didn't say that homosexuals are bad. The act of having sex between two females or two males is what's bad.

It's true that we shouldn't judge other people. If they want to commit sin, that's they're choice. God gave us free will, we can do whatever we want.

I am supporting my God but I will not say what you want me to say. After all, you aren't my God.

I am an abomination. I am cursed by God to Hell. I am a Hellbound butthole who is saved. ( how else can I put it? Oh I know!) I am damned to Hell forever unless I trust in God through Jesus Christ. And I do.
