Do an anniversary dance (married couples get up and dance and the couple that has been married the longest dances the longest and they get the bouquet). I think it's a nice touch to honor those already married and once with *hopefully* a successful marrige (considering that have been married the longest) rather than the singles.

Ive seen the anniversary dance done and its great, I'll elaborate for you on how it was done. The DJ had all married couples come to the dance floor, includeing the bride and groom. At random parts in teh song, he said things like couples who have been married less than 24 hours, please leave, (bride and groom obviously) then couples less than a year, 5 years, 10 years, 15, 25, 30, 40, 50, and so on till you have one couple left (It always seems to be one of the grandparents of the bride or groom!) and that couple gets the bouquet. I did a normal bouquet tossing, still had lots of single girlfriends who got into it, but I liked the anniversary dance because it celebrates a long marriage for the people who have stuck it out. Hope it helps!

If you just want to be different, toss a gift certificate dinner for two decorated nicely.

Have a basket of decorated eggs. The one that gets the raw egg gets the bouquet.

Have a bunch of balloons, and the one to pop the balloon that has a piece of paper with Bouquet written on it gets the bouquet.

check this out, this seems to be the new thing for bouquet tosses: all the single ladies get in a circle around the blindfolded bride. when the music comes on, the ladies walk around (still in the circle around the bride). when the music stops, the bride turns a few times and walks towards someone in the circle (remember she's blindfolded) and whoever she stops in front of gets the bouquet.

If you don't like it, just skip it. there's no rule that says you have to toss the bouquet.
