Well it wouldn't be the parinoid turtle because he would be thinking that everyone would be watching him and trying to hurt him. He would have to hide. I don't think it would be the drunken toad because he wouldn't know which way to go half the time. So for me it is between the slug and the snail. I would have to say the snail because someone will pour salt on that slug.

It'll be a tie. While the turtle is sitting there contemplating his next move and trying to fight all the thoughts coming his way, the snail and slug will climb up on the turtle's shell. The drunken toad, in an attempt to make a move forward hops sideways and lands on top of the snail and slug already sitting on the turtle's shell. The squashed snail and slug act as a suction cup/glue keeping the toad plastered on the turtle's shell. Once the turtle makes his move forward, they all travel together and end at their destination at the same time, if not in the same condition. ; ]

The turtle will fear crossing the fish line in case someones waiting for them, the snail and the slug will be drawn to the alcohol on the toad and so will not pass the toad so I'd put my money on the drunken toad.

The Toad,
He'll eat the snail and the slug and the paranoid turtle would be so terrified that the toad would be coming after him next, would tuck and hide.
The toad would then go off on his merry way hopping on both sides on the pond then pass out after his mass destruction during his drunken rampage.

The slug will win. The snail has to carry it's shell, the drunken toad will get lost and the paranoid turtle will be too busy looking over his shoulder to see where he is going.

I say the slug. "drunkin" and "parinoid" aren't words so they can't exist. I believe a slug can move slightly faster than a snail.
