Ok im 16 years old 6'0 and 220 pounds, big time over weight and i want to be 180ish by september. for the last week ive been eating 700-900 calories a day(bread vegtavbles, and fruits). workout twice a day (total time hour and a half)

How much pounds will i lose in a month. i hear this isnt healthy to do and it takes fat from ur muscles or something, but im working out alot. and i do cardio 2-3 a week.

What r some causes will i face in september, and how much can i lose in a month eating like that?

if you undereat all you lose is water weight and muscle NOT fat and you will end up gaining in the end.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

if your body consumes less than 1200 calories.. it thinks its starving itself and more fat cells will build up.. if you are eating right and exercising you should lose 2-3 lbs a week
