i feed my little one breastmilk. but i pump, because he fusses on the breast and doesn't liek to work to get milk. So he drinks breastmilk from the bottle. LAtelly he started actign weird, he'd start eatting from the bottle evrythign will be fine and all of the sudden he'll start crying. Then he'll take the bottle and start crying again. looks like he wants to eat but something is stopping him . what could be wrong

sounds like gas or constipation. my daughter acted the same way bc she was constipated, but since it's breast milk that probably isn't your issue. most likely gas. get some Ovol drops at the drugstore and give her a little before feeds. it pushes the gas out when the milk goes down. if problems persist, call the doc.

Does he have a stuffy nose? If he does then of course he is going to cry because he can't eat and breathe at the same time...with a stuffy nose he has to breathe through his mouth but when the bottle is in his mouth he can't do that...so he's going to cry. Try plugging your nose and closing your mouth...see what happens to YOU when you do so.

It might be reflux. The doctors told me that some babies can pull away, arch their back, or cry when they are drinking, if they have it. I would definately consult your pediatrician to see what it might be.

gas bubble...swallowed the wrong way. teething. nipple gets clogged and he is frustrated that milk won't come out. some possibilities.

Colic and reflux could be the cause.

babies that are teething do this....your little one may be getting teeth early!
