Eat healthy and try a good quality diet pill such as the one called Trimspa by Anna Nicole Smith. My friend lost 10 pounds just by eating healthy, taking Trimspa and making sure she was eating her full 3 meals a day. Also drink 8 glasses of water a day. This helpes burn calories. Good Luck!

Eat better...and don't go on a "diet" that word is a bunch of crap. Just eat the same things..lower fat..smaller portions. Eat 2% cheese instead of regular, 1% or 2% milk instead of whole, use sweetner in koolaid, use ground surloin instead of ground beef, lower fat butter. There is tons of great meals you can make, just use different ingredients. That may not cause you to lose all of the weight you want, but it is a start. Also drink a lot of water the first week. I have seen a difference of about 5 lbs or more. Also, park farther away from Walmart, walk a little, maybe when you are sitting down, hold your stomach in for about 20 sceconds..do that about 20 times..the muscles will tighten. If you are able to move around, run in place 1 minute the fist day..after, increase it by 20 seconds. Just do little things..baby steps. I hope it works out for ya.

Weight loss is more dieting than exercise. Get yourself on a good diet and stick with it...you may need to start counting calories but that is fine. Stick with about 16-1800 calories a day and be sure they are healthy. Plenty of water, fresh fruits and unprocessed foods. It maybe hard at first but within three weeks you will be feeling better than ever before. Good luck.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Eat less calories than you burn. If you don't get alot of exercise, eat foods that have low sugar and low calories and drink lots of water. Stay away from soda and fruit juice, water or tea are best for you. Green tea (supposedly) helps boost your metabolism, though I don't know how much.
