Im obssessed with it...but im skeptical

No - the stuff has way too much sugar in it. That's why it tastes so good. Same problem with fruit juice - too much sugar, not enough quality vitamins like you can find in fresh fruits.

Stick to a multi-vitamin and/or eat fresh fruits and vegetables. All vitamin water is going to do is give you parts of vitamins and way too much sugar to screw up your blood glucose levels and possibly add weight by introducing insulin spikes at unideal times.

No... just another way for big beverage companies to introduce yet more new products to entice people into spending money. If you feel the need for a vitamin/mineral supplement, it's much cheaper to buy a package of them than to buy the vitamin water. Plus, that stuff has a lot of calories. If you like the taste then thats fine. But don't waste your money on them just for the vitamins. You can get a good supply of multi-vitamins for much cheaper. It is still more healthy than soda so if you like it no need to stop drinking it.
