Wow. Theology debates. It's where you come up with something that sounds good to you, and search through some weird old book to validate your opinion.

Unless you're either a Pope or founder of a new religion. Then you can make **** up and say God revealed it to you.

Which, BTW, is absurd, because God only talks to fellow squirrels.

God said in the Old and New Testament that men are not to lie with another man as with a woman...said by God, not Paul...per God, the One that will judge all of us one day said homosexuality is a sin...period..end of discussion. I hope this man in the article has an explanation to God.

The bible never lays anything out for certain and with all of the details. Its writings are open to interpretation.
--On the other hand--
I'm an atheist. I don't think that the bible should have any say in such matters.

if kings and normal people saw Jesus perform miricals
infront of their faces,
why could you not beileve their testomonies.
why is it called bc?

you're question maybe,
"oh, well my life sucks and people are dying in the world!
God wouldn't let that happen!"

well,
it's like you want to get paid,
BUT NOT WORK FOR IT!
you don't go to church,
yet you want to feel what we christians feel,
happiness!

i may only be 15,
but i have found God.
He is amazing. i cry for him and i don't care
if anyone makes fun of me.
i'll cry for my friends to be saved,
but i'll have to take action,
and take them to church.

God bless you sir

well Jesus has gone to prepare a place for him..and it may not be the one he wants..

Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Actually I agree. I think you can twist anything to sound like what you want it to say. And since the bible was translated so many times from so many languages, who is to say that they didn't put a twist in it to make it say what they thought was right?
