We don't have such an address in Amsterdam. What's more: Dutch addresses don't follow this format, it's always:addressee's name, street name, street number, post code (like US zipcodes) and town, e.g.: Mr Jansen, Apollostraat 12345, 1000 AA, Amsterdam
And b.l. suggests an abbreviation of 'Boulevard'. The notion of 'boulevard' in the Netherlands is almost exclusively reserved for roads running along the coastline in seaside resorts, something which Amsterdam is definitely not. In French-speaking countries, boulevard has a more generic meaning, not unlike US English usage of the word.
If you've seen this address in some unsolicited email msg it must be a scam.
