Sometimes the issues is not what you are putting in your body, but what is coming out. Did you know that most women in America are constipated - and one of the major causes is high heeled shoes, believe it or not.
I have recently been struggling with losing my maternity weight and I can tell you that a cleanse was very helpful. Lots of water, good quality essential fatty acids (like olive oil, grease the works to aid digestion) and some extra magnesium for a couple weeks is a great start - even some lemon juice squeezed into some hot water once or twice a day. After you have loosened things up a bit, a good herbal cleanse program can help you clear out and flush you system. I used Clean Start from NSP: http://www.mynsp.com/carole/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=3993 - one box each spring can keep you in great shape.
Second thing I did was reduce my portion sizes - which means I started using smaller dishes so I could feel like I had a proper meal. We used to make 1/2 bag of pasta with 1 lb of meat plus some veggies for 2 people. When you consider the human stomach is the size of it's fist, you can see a cycle of flush and starve that makes the digestion system work hard and less able to absorb nutrients and properly eliminate. Now we use 3 handfuls of pasta, 1/4 lb of meat plus 2 or 3 veggies for 2 people and we are satisfied. We still use Blue Cheese and maybe eat an extra snack in the day, but we just are eating a lot less in a sitting and it has made a huge difference. Both my husband and I are losing weight at 40, so I recommend it.
Peace!

Perhaps you have reached a plateau with your weight. Maybe you need to change your work out process in order to see more results. When the body becomes complacent with one excercise it will just be used to one thing. You have to change your workout or perhaps alternate.
What kinds of foods do you eat? This may also be a factor in why you are not losing the weight you'd like?
Are you taking any diet pills or dietary supplements? If you are that may be contributing to you not losing weight. Also if you tend to starve yourself it never works because you will eventually binge the weight back plus starving isnt healthy!
What is your height and weight? You may not even need to lose as much weight as you have listed. If you were actually overweight doing that much excercise you would have lost some weight unless your metabolism is slow or your diet is not right for you.
Never choose a diet whereas you deprive yourself of the foods you'd like to eat because you will end up cheating on the diet. I never diet simply doing some excercise works.
Again, that is me if what I listed did not help you should consider seeing a physician to get their opinion of what is the healthiest thing for you to do.

You have NOT placed on a million kilo of muscle ago five days. Don't pay attention to those folks. Yes, after months and months of weight coaching, you would placed on a couple of kilos of muscle. But, by means of that point, you can have misplaced extra fats than that, so that you will have to nonetheless have a internet lack of weight. People suppose as quickly as you spot a weight reap, that it is muscle. That's simply ludicrous. If we would placed on muscle that swiftly, we would all be frame developers. The fact is, it takes plenty of effort and time to position on even a couple of kilos of muscle. That being mentioned, your weight reap would be a couple of special matters: an broaden in energy to satisfy your recreation demands, an broaden in hydration to satisfy your recreation demands, typical weight fluctuations, or your frame adjusting for your new movements. Only weigh your self as soon as every week, so you can be much less more likely to see everyday fluctuations. I'm a small individual, however my weight fluctuates up to five kilos for the duration of an afternoon, headquartered on how so much I'm consuming or consuming. So, do not leap at the scale an excessive amount of--you can scare your self in case you see a reap. Good good fortune. It feels like you are doing the whole thing correct, so that you will have to see weight reduction quickly.

It is very common to gain a little weight as you first start diet and exercise due to the face that you are building muscle, and as we all know muscle weighs more than fat. So don't worry about it for now, just keep it up, relax, and don't despair. In the end your hard work should pay off. Good luck!

maybe you are undereating. and 2 weeks is a short time - its not like you gained that weight in 2 weeks.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Drink water, lots of it to flush your system.
Look at what you are eating. A Female should typically be eating 1800 calories a day to maintain. You need to burn / deprive yourself 3500 calories to lose one pound. Don't quit you didn't get fat in a day and you are not going to lose it in a day either.

maybe because you're fit already. The "normal" imposed by model magazines is not normal so if you're frame is meant to be that way, then, perfect!
