i want to try a negative calorie diet and most of the foods on the list are fruits or vegetables and i know they're carbs which are all broken down into sugars by the body but i don't know if id gain the same amount of weight and i cant find the answer online I'm sure its yes i will gain the same amount of weight but id rather know before hand

Please don't believe all you read about diets. This is a multi-billion dollar industry that makes it their business to keep pumping out new fad diets, new pills, new workouts, etc. to keep the money flowing.

It is disputed as to whether there is such a thing as a negative calorie diet. Please read some of the criticism before you jump into this.

Also, many scientific studies (not related to the diet industry) have indicated that DIETS DO NOT WORK. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. This can only be done reliably over time through a change in lifestyle, not a diet.

Ask any certified dietician or M.D. I know it's not good news, but just like in other aspects of life there is no short cut.
