It saids that i have to take a scoop of it with cold water. Can i take it with milk or does cold water work better? Also it says that i have to take 8 oz of it, but 8oz doesn't seem like enough. If i plan on taking it like 3 times a day, is 8 oz ok? And is one scoop ok?

Milks fine get whole milk and freak out on the gains.

You can take it with milk and it usually tastes better as well. Milk already has protein so if you only want to use one scoop that is fine.

Yes but you might have to blend it. The protein in milk is 20% whey already, and 80% casen.

Yes, you can add milk or water.

I take whey protein, and I add the water only because I am lactose intolerant.

after training use water or juice and plenty of carbs to speed recovery. all other times it's perfectly fine to use milk
