increasing your muscle mass is the best thing you can do. if you are lean and muscular you look much heavier than just being skinny with not much muscle. you could gain an easy 25-30 lbs of muscle with resistance training in one year with the right diet

I am slightly taller and weigh slightly more.. but not by much ..
I dress in layers.. always wear light cottony undershirts and long sleeves.. (yeah.. even in the summer) I wear light sweatpants under my jeans in the winter. I am very self-conscious of my weight..
Been supersizing those fast food meals my whole life.. just can't slow my metabolism down..
Hopefully, I will be old and fat and bald someday.. haa!

There is nothing you can do, I'm 6 foot and 185 pounds and all the girls admirer me so don't worry about anything, it's all right because I can picture you right now.

Look into getting a weight gainer or a protein suppliment and hit the gym.

Power lift. Bench press, squats and dead lift. Find a club or spa and meet some of the power lifters. They will help you.

Go on a high calorie, high fat, high carb, high sugar diet.
Eat bacon for breakfast, lunch AND dinner.
A large KFC bucket each day.
That should do it!
