We need plants for oxygen. They also attract water and we would die without those two things. So that's an impossible idea.
As for animals, well they were created for a reason too, weren't they? We need them for procreation. From the tiny microscopic bacterium to the blue whales.

im not an authority yet ill tell u what i think of, : with out animals or vegatation, the sole source of any style of nutrition may well be airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust and water. If all we had to eat became airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust im confident the provision might run out with out put off and it may well be a mass worldwide starvation. additionally vegatation places out oxygen so there may well be a heck of alot much less interior the ambience with ppl respiratory out Co2.

No animals or vegetation at all means there would be no life. Eventually the protists, fungi, and bacteria would die from lack of resources provided by animals and plants. So...life would be nonexistent.
