can anyone help me how to repair a windows OS..

Put the Windows CD in your drive and follow the prompts. Depending on which version of Windows you have, it most likely will autorun when you put it in the drive and it may even prompt you to repair files instead of just doing a complete reinstall.

Normally, this fixes anything that was damaged with the OS and doesn't mess up any of your existing files.

Windows needs a repair when it acts like it is drunk (keystrokes and commands give unexpected results) or continually gives error messages. Here is information on repair.

When it starts running unsatisfactory for your own preferences. I have seen a lot of people put up swith things I never would.
