If you want to be in great shape when you’re older do a lot of stretching every day. Testosterone makes bulk. When you've had more in you longer the bulk will come. High protein diets promise muscle mass but they also deliver some health issues like clogs in your arteries. Eat a balanced diet. You arent goign to look liek a 20 something overnight - but men are less flexible - so if you keep stretching you'll be the only guy in school who can do a spinning slip kick and hit three guys at once. That usually is better than piling on fat. You can also get a medicine ball and build some abs. Eat meat, eggs, milk, and peanut butter – but just when you feel like it, don’t force the food. Weight lifting is th ekey to bulk - but bulk isn't always good/ healthy/ attractive. And dont overdo the weights when you get them or you will be very very sorry.

I wouldn't diet at this age... the puberty years are pretty crucial growing years. Just try to maintain a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables, and don't throw out the meat! It all helps you grow. Your body's gonna need extra energy as it goes through the growth spurts and such. Whatever you do just make sure you are not undereating, if you are hungry, eat something! Just don't binge. And if you wanna stay in shape, join a team sport at school or engage in an extracurricular activity where you can play and get excercise in the fresh air. Good stuff right there! I just think it is a little too young to be going on a diet, becuase all too often, youngsters go on a diet for all the wrong reasons. Make sure it is your genuine health you are concerned about, not necessarily about impressing people.

There is nothing wrong with being healthy and fit. Just make sure your weight meets the requirments for your height. There is usually a chart at a doctors office or something like that. You could probably find it on the internet also. I wouldnt take any medicine to build muscle if I where you. I would focus on eating veggies and fruits. You will naturally build muscles.

You are still growing and developing,so don't 'diet'. Instead, eat lots of vegetables and fruits,2 servings of lean protein a day,2 servings of lean dairy, and whole grains. This excludes empty calories.junk food ,and fast food. Do situps[crunches, obliques, and bridges-3 setsof ten each] and pushups [3 sets of ten each] every day until you get weights.Any aerobic exercise you do in PE is great;make sure you do swimming, running, cycling, walking, etc. for30 min. six days a week.
Extra calories are not the way-eat extra healthy food!

You don't have to go on a "diet", persay, you just have to watch what you eat.
And it's good that you're getting some weights. If you use those everyday, after a month or two you will probably get some nice results. :]
