Your parents may not believe you for some reason.
So...
I would use the phonebook to find a doctor nearby...Call and make and appointment and then inform your parents that you are "dealing with it" and will need a ride to and from your appointment.
I think THAT may just get their attention enough to get you to see a doctor.....
A doctor will be able to help if there is something wrong. :o)
I don't think it's appropriate for the other woman to tell you that your parents aren't good parents. That's not at all necessarily true and not responsible of her to say to you.
Your parents may very well have good reason to believe you are not telling the truth.... Do you have a history of being overly dramatic to get attention?
I would do exactly what I've suggested. The only way this issue may be resolved..but it somehow sounds like a more emotional issue or an emotional issue that is causing the physical pain in your stomache...

Are you sure it is your stomach and not your back causing you the pain? Back pain often will cause stomach pain. I suggest trying to sleep with a pillow under your knees at night. It really helps. Also if this continues I suggest getting to the doctor and seeing really what might be going on. I have stomach ache all the time because I have severe back pain. It happens. You may have restless leg syndrome. I had this a lot when I was younger too. Try some different sleeping positions at night. Do you need to flip your mattress or even get a new bed?

Tell your Teacher, when you're at school, their should be someone at school to take a look at you, and maybe send your mom and dad a little note, you didn't say why you think your stomach hurts, if you know, are even if it's that time of the month are not, i think mom and dad should care about your feeling a little more then that, deal with it is a big word coming from someone who we think should always love us and care about us, sorry to say this, but when they gets old and needs you for something, what if you then say deal with it.. hope you feel better hun!!!

When your stomach hurts even a "little bit" while as school, ask your teacher for permission to visit your school nurse. Tell your problem to the nurse. Explain it to the nurse exactly as you did to us. Also tell the nurse your parent's answer to your complaint about the stomach pain. Then the nurse can help you. If your parents find out about it, then they can't rightly complain, because they told you to "deal with it", and you are doing so, in accordance with their instructions, by complaining to the school nurse. They simply said, "Deal with it", but they didn't give any specific instruction about HOW to "deal with it".

I agree with what was said above - tell the school nurse and see what she thinks. Are you able to describe the pain or discomfort better though? If you really want help be prepared to answer questions about your diet. Are you just hungry?

Talk to someone at school and tell them how you feel if your parents dont listen to you. I am sure the school will help you in taking you to a doctor, or get looked at by a professional.

I feel sorry for some of you kids with the parents you have. Tell your school nurse, ask her to please report this to a doctor, it could be something serious. A pain is an indication something is wrong. Can you walk to a doctor in your neighborhood?

How bad is the pain? Try a heat pad or hot water bottle or something...
If it's that bad you could ask your parents or someone with authority to take you to have an ultrasound.
