Marry a US citizen. Process takes 6 - 18 months.

yeah...there is no "fast" way...but marrying a US citizen is the fastest. the paperwork does take 6-18 months....but then there is an interview about 2 or 3 years into the relationship, etc, etc, etc.. it's still not easy and you can't "rest easy" for several years.
