This can also be a result of stress, or changes in blood pressure.

Whenever we move suddenly our bodies take a few minutes to adjust and to keep the same amount of blood flow to the brain.

Try moving slower.

i've been anemic on-and-off (depending on other factors of my health) for my whole life, and i do get that, but i also have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and my doctor says it's from that. you could also have poor blood circulation or a number of other things. i'd say it's best to see your doctor, something so general like that isn't diagnosable on yahoo answers.

It may be from your blood pressure suddenly dropping.
Sit up slowly.
This isn't generally associated with low iron.

There may be a problem with circulation rather than being anaemic. Why dont you see your doctor?
