Salaries for crew...?

How do the members of the pit crew, mechanics, etc. get paid. Do they have a set salary or do they earn a portion of their driver's winnings or both?

I get a salary + over the wall money + a percentage of the purses.

But it depends on the team!

Salary from the car owner. A portion of the Driver's winnings go to the Car Owner and he pays out their wages. All drivers and car owners have different contracts.

Most are salried employees of the racing teams.But they receive a bounus if the team does good through out the year.
