They always say "it doesn't work like that" or simply shrug it off or get angry?

If their Bible is telling the truth these experiments should work if tried in full faith. Are they telling me their faith isn't strong enough, that they know their beliefs are B.S.?

Do you think your false belief is true? No way. You have keen knowledge on our belief.

And who are to give experiments to us. Do you consider your self as our teacxher? No way.

As regards to belief in God, do you think you are more intelliget than we are? No way.

If you don't believe what we believe, we don.t ever change our belief to our God than to believe your false belief.

What is in you tht we do not have? We are humans, all of us.

I have to ask, are you talking about Christians in general or just those that believe that every word of the bible is true in the translation that the individual prefers? I have to assume that these tests are biblical acts that can be done if one has enough "faith" according to scripture.

If you're testing all Christians then you should know that not every one takes the bible literally. If you're only testing fundamentalist Christians who believe every word of the King James version, then good for you! You're getting a kick out of it and you are testing their faith, which I'm sure they would appreciate. :) I'm sure the corrective of rationality is fun.

I already have all the evidence I need, my faith is strong enough that I don't have to put out a fleece or test God in any way.

But I do have to ask you....
Just exactly what makes you think God ought to put on a special command-performance show just for you?

Mind, I am not angry, I am just curious. Just why do you think Jesus ought to come to your whistle and do tricks for you? Are you more important than, say, Herod, who requested a miracle from Jesus but Jesus would not comply, even though His life hung in the balance?
Exactly what is it that makes you so special, do you think??

Not many have faith beyond that of what they see to be reality. Jesus proved that by telling his own apostles "their" faith would also be WEAK when the time came. If you are looking to prove that christian beliefs are wrong by ignorant act of superiority, NO MAN/WOMAN on earth is capable of what is said to have been done by one who was a "god" on earth. If you wish to prove that christianity is bogus, it "is" for the faith is not the "original" one given by the one called Yezua. What you SEE in the BIBLE is not all that was written to substantiate the fact that he EXISTED, many, many books exist which were not CANONIZED by the Roman Catholic bishops at the council of Nicea. For a person so many say "didn't" exist in present day, WHY did so many from different regions of the middle-east WRITE of him and what he DID? To be BS as you state, "evidence" would have had to have been only by those who would have started a FICTITIOUS existance of such an entity but even PHILOSOPHERS of the time RECOGNIZED this persons existance in some of their works, as did some religious sects "outside" that of Jews. If you want the "move" the mountain, walk on water christian you're not going to find one because all of us including yourself are but mere mortals and subject to the laws of our own existance. As for proving your "experiments" degrade the beliefs of another, think of the fact that ALL humans are but neanderthals, for in a world which states it is so intelligent, most still act no better than ANIMALS.........

Perhaps the Man of Science would be so kind as to provide "simple experiments" by which we may determine the non-existence of a Supreme Being? I had rather had the impression the position of science weighed in the direction of agnosticism. Christians have for their part always deemed it a matter of faith, which is a meaning
less concept in the presence of proof.
One does not demonstrate trust by asking for proof or guarantees in interpersonal relations; why then would it be otherwise in one's relationship with Christ.
What are you doing on a category for religion and spirituality?

Because "it doesn't work like that"

LOL

Seriously though, one of the cornerstones of our faith is that "You shall not test the Lord thy God"

FAITH needs no prove or evidence, or it would be science...

The more Christians try to explain this to people who have no religious faith, the more at odds we seem to get. Atheists get to look more smug and condescending (to Christians), and Christians get to look more entrenched and blinded by our faith (to atheists). Everyone LOSES when you ARGUE religion, because all arguing does is intensify the rift between us. And while some of us humans on both sides of this fence seem to enjoy the antagonism, I think it's just childish and closed-minded on both sides

Well, I don't get angry but I am who I am. If you have experiments then you don't believe . If I gave you an
answer it would go right to another. GOD doesn't allow
that. Is not about questions and answers but reading and studying the bible. But I have said this before but I'll say it again. I know GOD exist. GOD is like electricity, we know not how it evolve but we do know that its power we can't touch. That's GOD

Christians are probably right in refusing to engage in your experiments, and why would a Christian have any dealings with someone who has a profile picture PIMP, lol
really, can you give some examples of the experiments you suggest, to prove Christian faith /?/

God says that the ONLY thing we are to test Him with is in the area of finances (tithing)...so why don't you do a little experiment and prove Him wrong? Christians aren't the ones that have to prove anything. Talk to God, He's the one that wrote the book =)

what if it **acually doesnt work like that!**

if your not a christian, you wouldnt understand

why do you bother trying to prove people wrong if you dont understand???
whats it to you??

if you dont like it, then dont become involved in it! does it matter what christains are doing? it doesnt concern you, so why do you insist upon making htem upset and angry?

would you like it if someone told you that what you believed in was B.S???? thats how you are making them feel!

why cant you just be nice for a change! it will make you feel better inside!

peace and blessings
im not arguing with you, just answering
