im on a diet so i eat less food even if im starving and all i do all day is sit and watch anime and i have a huge belly with fat, what should i do to get it reallyyy slim?

1. Spread your food out during the course of the day so that you are not starving.
2. Exercise a bit more. Jog in place while you watch anime.
3. Cut your food portions in half. Still enjoy your favourite foods.
4. Stop dieting. Unless you plan to eat that way for the rest of your life, any weight loss will be temporary.
5. Drink water with your meals to help you feel full.
6. Follow your calories.

7. Use a BMI index calculator to determine what your health risks are. We live in a very weight conscious society. You may not be as overweight as you think.

Try a exercise routine that focuses on the tummy area. PIlates works really well. If you don't like the videos, most gyms or community ed programs have Pilates classes.

Another idea is Shaklee has a Soy Protein Shake that will help with the lean muscle and give you energy to work off the fat (and it is low on calories)

umm starving yourself does not make you lose weight! it makes your matobolism slower so when you do eat it all turns to fat quicker! so eat helthy foods in portioned sizes such as whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy, and protein! get a fun workout DVD! (i prefer Pilates!) AND JUST SO YOU KNOW WATCHING SO MUCH TV AND SITTING ON YOUR BUTT ALL DAY, EVEN THOUGH YOUR DIETING IS AND WILL MAKE YOU FATTER!

Dont eat less, just eat foods that are good for you. Meat, vegtables, fruits, etc. Cut out the junk and get up and exercise!

Im using relacore to reduce cortisol, and cortisol cause s stress, stress causes belly fat, add excercise and a sensible diet

You need to exercise & drink plenty of water.

walk, jog, run, ride a bike, lift weights, go skiing, roller blading, etc..

You need to raise your metabolism to loose weight (fat). If you just sit there, you're going to gain weight.

**Always talk to your DR before beginning an exercise program.

Run!! I'm 5'6" I weigh 115, and I run 3 miles a day. It's awesome for everything. Your heart, burning calories, ect.

Maybe even gym?

get ur butt off the couch and stay active, jump rope is the best excersize, walking, riding bike, anything that keeps your body moving
