If he is flirting with others at the same time I would say don't read too much into it, but if he is flirting with just you, he may be feeling out the situation waiting for the right time to ask you out. Try playing a little hard to get and see if he keeps trying to flirt with you, maybe that will get him to come out and ask for your phone number or a date.

Flirty guys usually like everybody, that's why they are so flirty. When they get serious, and stay that way for a long time, not just a week or a month but for MONTHS, that's when you know they are serious about you. Otherwise, they are playing around and you don't really want to be played.

Being a flirty guy myself, there is probably no real way to tell. I act the same to girls I like as to girls I can't stand. My recommendation is to flirt back and be fun. Just improve your chances of being asked out because that's all you can do.

i know you said men only but ther is this guy and he flirts with everyone. I always wanted to know how can someone tell if he likes them if he flirts with everyong.

mainly if a guy is flirting with you then hes either sweet or he is just being mean...its a proven fact that guys that are being mean to you really do like you...Just watch what he does and think about it and then act on it...
