They take their representing Jehovah and Jesus very seriously. If you look at Isaiah 43:10, it says: "You are my witnesses, is the utterance of Jehovah, even my servant whom I have chosen, in order that you may know and have faith in me, and that I am the same One. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to be none. I - I am Jehovah and besides me there is no savior". Unless you are getting an answer straight from a witness, please go to their website to get a factual account of their beliefs, otherwise, you will get very misinformed.

(John 14:6) Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
The Christian’s approach to God involves sacrifices and offerings of a spiritual kind. (1Pe 2:4, 5; Heb 13:15; Ro 12:1)
Material temples and gold, silver, and stone images are shown to be of no benefit in approaching the true God. (Ac 7:47-50; 17:24-29; compare Eph 2:20-22.) Friends of the world are God’s enemies; the haughty he opposes, but humble ones with ‘clean hands’ and a ‘pure heart’ can “draw close to God, and he will draw close to [them].”—Jas 4:4-8.

Yes.
Jehovah God has provided the bible and the holy spirit (along with prayer, the Christ and the Christian congregation). An individual human demonstrates his intention to serve God and Christ by the manner in which he submits to these leadings.
(2 Timothy 3:14-17) Continue in the things that you learned and were persuaded to believe... All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.
(2 Timothy 2:15-19) Do your utmost to present yourself approved to God, a workman with nothing to be ashamed of, handling the word of the truth aright. ..."Jehovah knows those who belong to him,” and: “Let everyone naming the name of Jehovah renounce unrighteousness.”
Of course, it is up to God and Christ to actually accept the work and worship of these Christian Witnesses.
(Isaiah 43:10) “You are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “even my servant whom I have chosen
(John 15:15-16) All the things I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you, and I appointed you to go on and keep bearing fruit

I would say no, and for the same reason the Witnesses don't go out to seek converts.
He is seeking those who are first seeking him, through his Son, Jesus Christ. Those whose hearts are open, seeking truth, and not finding it in most of today's common religions.
Christ didn't pick his disciples, but invited them to follow him and to eventually turn their backs on the commonly held beliefs, traditions, rituals, and observances that they held so dearly.

Yes and No. He wishes for ALL humans to serve/worship him. He gives us free will so that we in turn may decide whether or not to do so.
