Do you have as much faith in your religion as the people of the heavens gate cult had in theirs?

i often askedthose of other religions, how do you KNOW yours is right if you get the 'feeling' we all do. You know your right becasue of the 'feeling' you get, and so do I. So yes, I do have much faith as the cult did.I look to Christ like they looked to their 'leader.

I would say I have lots of faith but I will not do anything crazy from a whim or from some misinterpretation of the bible. I don't know what was up with those cult people but they were extremely delusional.

Misplaced faith in man,will lead to destruction. Jim Jones(Guyana cult) David Koresh(Branch Dravidian's) or Heavens Gate(Marshall Applegate). Our faith is not to be based on man or religious icons and traditions,but rather Solely In God, for me that God is Jesus Christ.

My faith is in God and my relationship is with Him. I don't really relate to a religion, per say.

I don't know who or what the gate cult is but my faith in Almighty God is unwavering, unmoveable and remains untainted. May God Bless U.

No, people of faith came up with a clever way to avoid having to prove their faith: God forbids suicide. Take out that clause, and there won't be one faithful person left. One way or another.
