J'suis votre mademoiselle means I am your lady.

Mademoiselle you are a Miss in English. Just to be more specific

Note to Electric... J'suis would be Quebec slang. They wouldn't teach that to you in school.

It means "I am your lady"
I would spell it "Je suis votre mademoiselle," but maybe that's correct too.

It can mean 2 things:
1). I am your lady(girl).
or 2). I'll follow your lady(girl).
Je suis can also be the first person singular
present tense of suivre(to follow).
Here's a little verse to illustrate both meanings:
Je suis ce que je suis,
Mais je ne suis pas ce que je suis.
Si j'étais ce que je suis,
je ne serai pas ce que je suis.
