Okay...
I eat like 2 times a day.
and well people on yahoo answers tell me I should eat like 4-5 small meals daily

but I don't know what to eat?

Can I replace a meal with a snack bar(like a Special K bar? and not eat like cereal or chicken breast or a salad? coz I'm afraid of those foods?)
I literally throw up my salad, because I think I might gain weight with it.

But dont worry people, I haven't thrown up since like April 1st

To increase your metabolism is to start exercising. Continue to keep your calories down and stay away from fatty foods. Eat fruits and veggies. Good luck.
