if it does when will i start seeing results

i just started yesterday, i take two cups a day and i am lifting 3 times a week heavily

if you are trying to increase muscle mass you have to also increase the amount of carbohydrates and healthy fats not just protein. simply increasing the protein intake doesn't automatically cause an increase in muscle mass
