What do you mean dont eat too much?
This is my normal schedule for eating and working out
Morning: Special K
Go to school...no lunch
come home and work out
which is usually Jogging a mile and dancing for 30 minutes daily
then I eat a salad or chicken breast
so normally I have about 2 meals a day....to be honest I am terrified of food. I get soo scared I might gain weight.

Excess calories from sugar, protein or fat can be turned into fat and stored in your body. Stop being afraid of food. Just live as healthy as you can and be happy. Moderation leads to good health. But, you can't be healthy if you're stressing. Too much stress turns our bodies into little shops of horror and nothing works like it's supposed to. Chill. Meditate. Have sex. Relax. Eat for fuel, not for comfort. Be sure to have a medical check-up twice a year at your weight.

I tend to get this intense, overwhelming craving for cereal every night, and until now, I always figured it to be a forgiveable habit since cereals are purported to be really high in nutrients and vitamins. But apparently not! I asked a similar question after spotting this one, and the consensus is that yeah, cereal is packed with carbs and sugar and mostly impoverished when it comes to nutritional value. Sorry Princess. But it's ok to have pig-out days every now and then! I had pumpkin pizza tonight and ice cream... today's dinner and tomorrow's breakfast! Methoozelah is a gluttonous grease-guzzling pig with no discipline whatsoever, ignore him.

These are the healthiest and best for diet purposes: Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls, Post Grape-Nuts, Cheerios, Post Spoon Size Shredded Wheat, Kashi Go Lean, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Kellog's Complete Oat Bran Flakes, and Wheat Chex.
These are the honorable mentions: Cascadian Farm Honey Nut O's, Life, and Special K.
The only ones I have tried are Cheerios, Kashi Go Lean, and Special K. My favorite is Cheerios. So Special K is good for you, but their are better choices. Also, make sure you use non-fat, 1%, or 2% milk.
The latest research shows that cereal can help drop pounds and improve health.

2 meals a day and undereating is exactly what makes you gain weight - you slow down your metabolism.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

If your goal is to lose weight, i wouldnt do it! It's 8:42 over there. You shouldn't eat after 7:30 or 8:00 because that is when your bosy will start to slow down. Your metabolism will be less able to burn it off. Try to do something to keep your mind off food. Drinking water is believed to help or chewing gum
Best of luck!

Eat it in moderation and watch out for the milk especially (check labels). Skim milk is best for you. Please don't eat more than a cup of cereal. As my husband says, "that amount might just make you mad." Maybe you could have a nibble of protein to go with it to carry you through. Or do something to keep your mind off of food?

Cereal is really good for you if it's made with whole grains. Don't opt for the sugar coated/marshmallow cereals. These will cause you to gain weight.
