If the dealer has you in a loaner car, take a deep breath and relax.
It is very frustrating to put out all that money and have something, that right now seems no better than what you had before.
It really is not that uncommon to have a failure in a new car, if it takes a little longer than you had hoped is may be that the specific part that your vehicle needs is not in the parts bin yet, that means they need to pull it out of the production line, it could take a while.
Keep in touch with your service manager or the account manager that is working with you. If they do not answer your question in a manner that is acceptable to you, raise your question to his boss, or speak with the manager of the dealership directly.
In the end, they do not want to have an unhappy customer, so I am sure they will do what they can to keep you happy. I do not think you are at the point where a new or replacement car is justified, but you can always ask for some concession upgrades, maybe the addition of an upgraded XM receiver or blue tooth option, connection for your ipod if the car did not come with it, is not entirely out of the question.
Make sure you get all of the information on what failed and ask to see the replaced part. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, perhaps you have a Friend or colleague at work that would be willing to go to the dealer with you.
Good luck
Sam.

There are more problems with brand new cars, than ones that have had time to work the kinks out. The dealer has problems getting parts for fixing new cars, because the parts are being used for building new cars, and if there is a problem part, you don't want it replaced with a new one with the same problem. Wait for the updates. While you might be frustrated, I think this is just one of those things.

I dont Know what kind of car do have but if you have a problems and they can't get the parts for you tha is bad usually the overnight any parts special when there bran new, the dealer probably they won't change with a another my best recomendation if you dont want the car call customer service and also ask what kind of part needs if it is cosmetic thing dont worry. if it is a mechanical or electronic part is your decision what to do but the key is to call customer service (manafucture)

The lemon law applies only if you bring your car in for the same problem three times and it cannot be fixed . Then you could try to get them to give you a new car under the lemon law.

If the car has too many problems that the manufacturer has to warranty, they may buy it back, GM has a buyback program that if the car has too many problems that is brand new, they buy the car back from you and you get another brand new car. Ask the service manager at the dealership that your car is from if the company that makes the car has a buyback program.

Very few cars are perfect. Start worrying about it being a lemon when you've had to bring it in several times for different problems. Your car should be fine.

in the event that they have been advantageous adequate to furnish you with a courtesy vehicle then i think of you may desire to no longer get offended (merely yet). in case you get the vehicle back and the topic isn't mounted or comes back quickly, then you definately get offended. How intense is the topic? i've got had issues like the window jiggled while it grew to become into down and made noise, they mounted it. My mom has had issues like it have been given caught in opposite and different transmission issues. if so - cause them to get you a sparkling vehicle. Who knows what different injury the defective transmission brought about.
