Do you think this might happen?

If so, why?

If not, why not?

Do you have any sense of when His return could happen?

What events would you have to witness (or have already witnessed) that would fortell His return?

He could and we all need to be ready! War in the middle east and global climate change which is reaking havoc all over the world are just two things that foretell His return. Morals also have hit an all time low!

Do any of you seem to remember that Christ was resurrected on the third day. which means he is alive in heaven. and yes he will return but no one know when. I would like for it to happen in my lifetime but remember Jehovah is working off of his timetable, not ours, our timetable is quite small comparing to someone who lives for eternity

Matt. 24:37-39: “Just as the days of Noah were, so the presence [“coming,” RS, TEV; “presence,” Yg, Ro, ED; Greek, pa·rou·si′a] of the Son of man will be. For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark; and they took no note until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be.” (The events of “the days of Noah” that are described here took place over a period of many years. Jesus compared his presence with what occurred back then.)you'll know he's returned because you'll be caught off guard.

I personally think that Jesus, or the soul that is Jesus can come and go as he likes, travelling like a nomad from body to body, place to place, watching through different sets of eyes, experiencing and waiting for his chance to ultimately return. I think if you believe in Jesus, you believe he will rise again, if you think he was just an amazing man, then, no he won't or can't, if you believe he is a spirit, and doesn't need corporeal limitations to travel - then he returns always.

When his "return" will happen, hmmm, his ultimate return, December 21, 2012 of course.

Good qestion. I think that He might, and I'd certainly like Him to. But you know what it says what will happen before the Day that He comes? It's in the book of Acts, and it says: And I will pour out my Spirit on my manservants and on my maidservants and they shall prophesy. Blood, fire and vapor of smoke shall pour out on all of the unrighteous. The Sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before that great and awsome day of the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
I want Him to come while I'm still alive so that I could see His triumphal return.

Jesus substitute into meant to return interior the existence of the persons who observed him die. materials.. MATT sixteen:28, MARK 9:a million, LUKE E9:27 considering that Jesus lied to his very own people..i assume his words are suspect and therefor invalidates the whole bible. yet Christians are a obdurate bunch. information of such issues basically lead them to turn the different cheek. It additionally makes them look much extra pathetic.

I think the probability of Jesus coming back is about the same as Santa bringing me presents on Christmas Eve.

He won't return. He was a human being. He died a long time ago.
