ok--my cousin keeps trying to set me up. she once gave my number to a guy that she thought was just perfect. he never called. oh well. then she recently found another guy that is just perfect. he gave her his email and phone number. i don't really know anything about him and i was thinking that if i do contact him that email would be less awkward, but what do you say? i have no idea where to start. what do you all think? i'm not really sure that suggesting meeting for coffee is a great idea just yet as like i said--i don't know anything about him other than he's a 6yrs older than me.

suggestions please-

Are you having problems meeting someone on your own? Because no matter how great your cousin is, her taste in men for you might be very different from what you would choose. Are you unhappy being single? If not then maybe you should tell her to back off a little and let you decide who you want to go out with.
