Probably works night shift at the Pearly Gates, so doesn't have to fly anywhere.
Prosthetics have advanced I would think a one winged angel would have one.

Actually, it would simply fall and not be able to fly at all. With one wing, the center of gravity is too far to one side and the wing will not support the structure in flight. Such an angel would fall with the body mass leading and the wing structure falling as a tail, along with, perhaps, the feet.

There are many types of angels in heaven, yes some do have wings.
Never, angels take good care of one another, especially God at the throne.
Even if I had wings, I would know enough to turn when I glide, circle your way up high, and glide where your going.

I don't think the wings of an angel would provide aerodynamic flight.
Far more likely, they would merely be a manifestation of their innate ability to travel wherever they wished.
It is also possible that the wings are more like a show of rank, place, or purpose, like a uniform or a style of clothing.

No, it would crash like a fighter plane that gets one wing shot off. You need both wings to have the proper flight characteristics.

A one winged angel could do whatever he believed himself capable of . If he wants to glide elsewhere then he shall, and if he decided to only walk amongst men, then such will be his destiny.

no real angels dont have wings only painters that havent seen them give them wings they are spiritual beings and so they fly without wings

It would spiral down since it wouldn't have the counterbalance of the other wing. Somewhat like a maple seed : )
