How can I avoid breathing too loud on the phone?

It just occurred to me that I sorta exhale into the mic so I keep thinking if I'm making an annoying static. Does anyone have some advice?

Don't put your mouth near the phone while you're not talking.

Well, Andrew, I think when you talk on the phone, you should just move the bottom of the phone away from your mouth and STICK IT SOME WHERE ELSE!!! Srry. Im a little irritated now 'cause my Grandpa is a total jerk. I am 13. Well, just hold the phone away from ur mouth and talk when needed. lol. srry.

I don't know - but if you ever find out let me know, because my wife says I do that.

So my temporary solution is to push the "mute" button on the phone while I'm listening.

And I hold my breath a lot - so my epitaph will probably read, "Here lays james, (this time) he was on the phone too long!"

Every time try to remember your breath carries along the phone lines so bring down the tempo a little. Place a yellow sticky on the phone and write something like breath softly on it.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If none of your friends have mentioned it to you, like "dude, whoa, you're breathing really hard", then it's probably not an issue.
