How can I get a flatter stomach n slimmer legs for the summer?? Im 14 5'1 n only weigh 112lbs so i want to tone up. Thank You
i know excersise but give me ideas here n websites

I wouldn't be calling yourself fat. Really you're the right weight for your frame.

To tone up stomach muscles, you should do stomach crunches. It's similar to a sit up, but you don't lift all the way up. You only move enough for your stomch to "crunch".

As for your size, you're fine. You're still growing so make sure you've got enough body to grow into.

To tone your tummy do crunches, or do a search online for ab exercises. You can tone your legs with various exercises, do a search for them too. Pick out ones you can do, and then be diligent.

I workout to videos and DVDs or go walking/jogging so can't point you to any websites specifically. Do a search and see what you find that you like.

Well to begin with, what you name yourself on yahoo avatars "hate me" is unhealthy, loosing weight begins on the brain, If you consider you can drop 25 lbs, you are going to, and pronouncing "two fats four boyz" is unhealthy, you shouldnt wish to free weight simply on the grounds that the lads will such as you larger, you shouldwant to do it on your well being! Try jogging, most effective consuming one thousand energy an afternoon, run a minimum of one million/two a mile an afternoon, or become a member of a gymnasium, GOOD LUCK!

First your not fat, I pretty mush the same as you, and I just sing up to the gum, but that because I want to be a superstar so I have to look my best. There's this magazine I get in the mail Cosmo girl, and they have this plan to help you eat right and exercise they have pitchers and everythng it's cool you should get the magazine also threes a web sit on her cosmgirl.com/bodydoul.

ok really eating healthy is just as important as excercise, so basically instead of snacks of cakes and lollies eat apples and bananas or carrot sticks or whatever you like and they will be more filling and better for your body. Fitness wise if you can't get to a gym every day you can just buy a bike and go for a ride every day, slowly extending the distances as you imrpover, and running is also good. if you want nice abbs try like 10 pushups and 10 situps every morning and these should all start to help-just rememebr to keep at it and look after your body :) im glad someone is deciding to treat their body rite instead of sticking it on one of those stupid diets that just ruins your body :) goodluck

Don't turn into someone that is really desperate to lose way and stop eating, take it slow and make life changes. Eat healthier, smaller portioned meals and get about 30 mintues of cardio in a day

u r not to fat! don't u ever think that!! i hate when i look fat and think i am fat it makes me feel real bad. don't u do that to your self! ur 14 you should weigh 112 lbs! if u were n e skinnier than that wouldn't be good! you perfect just the way u r!

You don't need a slimmer anything.

So I will not give you ideas so you can put yourself in the hospital.

Also, you should NEVER change yourself for another person.
That is a FACT.

just plane walking fast and a good diet will do the trick.. some sit ups along with it will flatten you up good... but 5 1 and 112 is not very fat.. you sound hot...

I was really going to bust on you hard here for being so vain (and not knowing what EXERCISE is...duh). But your only 14 so...I'll let you slide.
