She is of age and if she is in love with that man then yes it is more than ok. Now if she was being forced to than no.. but how you put it, it sounds fine.

You should take the time to have a talk with her. If she's up for it.
My sister married a guy 20 yrs older than her at a similar age to your cousin. She seemed to think he was cool, experienced and worldly-wise, etc. I thought he was (and is) a loud-mouthed idiot. They stayed together for 6 trouble filled yrs, and had 2 lovely girls. They eventually divorced, my sister was murdered at the hands of someone else (God bless her), and the ex-husband is still a loud-mothed idiot.
You cannot control the life of someone close to you, and you might not always like what they do. But you can listen to them, support them, be honest with them. Be their friend.
Funnily enough, there is a similar age gap between me and my girlfriend/partner of nearly 2 years. She's 26 and I'm 39. God knows what her dad thinks of me!

There's no racial reason for them not to marry. About half of the ancestors of most Americans are Brits anyway, and the other half is mostly German, Irish, Scottish, French, Dutch, Scandinavian, and so on.

Do you object to his being American, or is there another issue here? If he loves her, treats her well, and she is happy, I see no problem.
