The fact that He gives you free will has nothing to do with whether or not He knows how you will choose.......You will do what you will do by your own choice, He can know what that choice is. If He didn't allow you to make it, it wouldn't be free will.
Put a Hershey kiss in front of a three year old and tell them to not eat it and that you'll be gone for 20 minutes. Do you think it'll be there when you get back.
You already know what the result will be before you leave but you give the child the choice to choose for him/herself.

What I believe is that God has given you free will that you can choose to accept or reject Him. I know He ahs chosen my path and from the bad and right choices I have made I see things that God has done for me and things that He is doing this very second. He chooses your path, but He cant choose if you love Him. That is because He has given you free will, to choose so. But He used your life to play into His master plan. Hes all knowing. He knows if youre gonna accept Him on your final day or if you belive that He doesnt exist and hes a myth or a legend. He knows this already. Hes in control of your life what happens to you, but hes no in control of what you decide to believe.
Hope this helps!

I don't believe that. I do believe that God gives us free will. Free will is the ability to choose one way or another. God doesn't instill into us this "path" that we MUST follow. Some Christians do believe just that, but I believe God's will isn't quite as out of reach as we think it is. Some Christians believe that until we walk some perfectly fine line, we will miss God's will. God's biggest desire is that we walk with Him and seek after Him.
Deuteronomy 10:12-13 says, "And now, O Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the Lord's commands and decrees." God's good will is just that. Following Him.

We can only see pieces of the puzzle right?
God knows all right?
Well then God does know what we are going to make before we make it, but on the other side we do not. So we choose not knowing what will happen, know if we knew what God knew and there was no way to change it, then there would be no free will.

God has Chosen all of our paths. That is to be happy and follow him. Free will lets you go against that. Plus, in a world where change is abundant he directs our paths if we choose to listen to him.
Now, God sees all things but does not tell us and we have to trust and have faith that we will remain in his grace. But, when all is said and done God will have done everything possible to win us over to him. I confess it is confusing and this is my best way at looking at it.

God doesnt choose your path, you choose your path. God gives you the free will to choose what you will do in your life, to choose which path in life you will take, the path to Him or the path away from Him. God forces no one to follow Him. He leaves that all up to you.

God does not choose our path. There is one way and that way is Jesus Christ who atoned for sin. God is not deciding the ways of your flesh but leading you in spirit and truth to his righteouness through the atonement provided by Christ Jesus. Free will is simply being allowed to choose the truth of God or follow a lie.

God will never give free will but I am sure that FATHER K knows everything. He hides behind that picture of Jesus and chews everyone a new one as he spends all of his days and nights being rude, smug, sanctimonious, pious and just down right nasty in this forum I have yet to see him practice what he preaches. He is evil to the core.
