my aunt dosent know much about computers and i wanna send her a program but i dont know how to send her the program with something attached to it to auto open and install it before she gets it in her mail cuz she dosent know what shes doing and she wants to get protected from viruses

Why not just send it to her as an email attachment and include step by step instructions in the email for her. It's pretty simple to do and it you do it step by step she should understand okay.

Use Winzip or Winrar and Archive the program to self extract and run to a designated Folder. Or put it on a CD with Auto Run and when she installs the CD it will Start the upload.

In addition to the answer above, it would help if you
1. install it yourself on your PC
2. take screen shots of each step using "Printscreen"
3. Send your aunt the screenshots so she can choose the steps as per your description
4. Stay on the phone with her while she's doing the install so you can answer any questions she might have.
