find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Well, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. I don't think it's ever a good idea to starve yourself. Your body tells you that it's hungry because it is missing something. I think you can replace your main meal of the day with a nutra system meal, and that would be fine, but you should still eat other things throughout the day. It's unhealthy to not eat when you're hungry. The way to lose weight though, is to eat good things when you're hungry instead of junk food. Try a piece of fruit for a snack, or a peanut butter sandwich (unless you're allergic, naturally).

Also, judging by the A&F reference, I'm thinking you're a teen, which means you're growing. Remember before when I said it's not good to starve a hungry body? Well, it's even worse to starve a growing hungry body. You have to eat, but if you make good choices, and perhaps throw in a daily walk or other form of exercise, you'll lose the weight.

And lots of water is always good.

Good luck and be safe.

One meal a day may work, but it is not healthy. for one thing you won't get the nutrients you need, the other is that your metabolism goes into a type of "famine" mode, slowing down to conserve the little that you take in. It is always better to eat at least three healthy, nutritious meals. Plenty of water is definitely a good step, it helps your body metabolize more efficiently and eliminate waste products. Breakfast is especially important, as it is the kick start of your metabolism for the day. Don't forget exercise. Also, a healthy body should be you goal, not what you can wear.

almost yet no longer particularly.. you want some cooked ingredients! a organic uncooked food theory is a bad theory. How can anybody stay to tell the tale merely $2 hundred a month? I spend $3 hundred on food a month! I do cook dinner eggs. i do no longer eat any meat. I eat a great number of fruit! And vegetables too! i think of you may desire to stay to tell the tale a uncooked food weight loss plan for $4 hundred a month eating ordinarily culmination vegetables, grains and cereals, in case you want to eat uncooked fish upload yet another $50 to that finished month-to-month until eventually you fish on your fish!

youre planning on eating one diet meal a day? how many calories do those things have? like 300 at the most? you need AT LEAST 1200 calories a day. so, no, that will not help you lose weight. you will probably gain weight b/c your body will think youre starving and preserve all the fat.

ya you'll lose weight alright, you're starving yourself. its better to eat veggies all day long, than just one meal. veggies hardly have any calories in them. if you dont eat throughout the day you are putting your body into starvation mode. you'll lose maybe 10-15 lbs fast, but after that you wont lose any period. you'll stall. your best bet, is to eat veggies
