I know if I pay by midnight there isn't a penalty, so no need to tell me that. What's the penalty on 7 bucks, at one day late?

Depends upon the state. Most would be less than $1. I hope you don't live in Ohio, though. Those bastards will stick you $500 for filing late even if you have a refund coming!

well, i don't think it differs state to state, bc it's federal... but everywhere i've lived, as long as u don't owe, there's no penalty for filing late.

$25 i think or check out tax.ohio.gov for ohio or read through the whole tax packet :( and you might find it
