If you will study the King James version you will do well.
There has been so many people who have tried to re-write the Bible to make it say what they want it to say until they have distorted the truth.
Stay with the tried and true. It will not fail you.
James 2:22
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
We must obey!

Of course not; it's one religious text out of hundreds.
Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

the kjv (not the nkjv) is the divinely inspired Word of GOD...GOD said HE would preserve HIS written Word, and HE did, in this one book, in every language that has a written form. for those who say thjat man has messed it up...this is calling GOD a liar and saying HE is incapable of protecting and preserving HIS Words. all other bibles are mans attempts to simplify the kjv...and in so doing, they do the very thing GOD WARNS AGAINST...ADDING TO AND TAKING AWAY.

The Bible is always right.
It's humans who may not understand, therefore, are wrong.

In an infallible text you can't have big stuff and little stuff. It's all big stuff.
So if yo believe then there shouldbe no cherry picking.
