I broke up with my girlfriend about two months ago and now I am very sexually frustrated because I'm not getting the pleasure I'm used to. I'm not into the one night stand thing either. I like sex within a relationship. But it takes to long to get to that point.. I'm going crazy!

Wanna hear a funny story? I heard someone say that before.... I was really frustrated after you left. The ex said it wouldn't have mattered what he had to do for relief. He had sex with what he thought would be safe, a married woman. He had a set of twins and is still paying child support on them today. They are 15. If you do go out, just remember the glove and keep it safe!

Cold shower or "self-help" is your only option until you find someone else....
Or try lots of exercise-- it does tend to burn out frustration
